Sampson was rescued four months ago when he was diagnosed with heartworm disease. He was no longer wanted and faced euthanasia. He has since been treated for the heartworms and has made a healthy recovery. Sampson has received treatment for tapeworms, his annual vaccination, and rabies. He has been neutered with no complications during surgery.
When he first came, he was scared of everyone and wouldn’t walk on a leash. Now, he gives hugs and kisses and loves going outside at every chance he gets!
