I recently had my first experience with Northside and the staff there on an emergency with my best friend, who was a 7 year old Cane Corso. From the moment we arrived the staff there was amazing. They were helpful, caring, knowledgeable, and efficient. Then, I met Dr Keith, my new veterinarian. As she explained everything to me it was obvious that she was very intelligent and a great vet, but what stood out most and what makes her so special is how compassionate she is. How much her heart is in what she does. I could see in her eyes and feel in her words as she explained a difficult situation to me that she truly cared about what she did. Dr Keith is one of the most intelligent and compassionate people that I have ever had the opportunity to meet and I have found my new veterinarian.
We love NorthSide Vet and Dr. Keith. Everyone makes us feel that our pets are important to them.
Thank you for seeing my puppy Okie this morning. Everyone was so professional and represented true concern for him. Thankful nothing serious was wrong and he will be on the mend in no time. I will definitely recommend you to all my friends.
the time had finally come to make the decision no one wants to make. i shared monty's life with him and i pray i helped him live it happily. it was very difficult but the right thing for him. a week later, i recieved a sympathy card signed by every person in the clinic. it meant alot to me. thank you for understanding he was more than just my pet....he was my friend..
