Check out our progress

Northside Veterinary Hospital was just one of the many structures hit by a tornado on April 19th, 2023. A third of our original building was severely destroyed or missing, and the remainder assessed as structurally unsound, condemned and later demolished. On April 20th, we began the rapid transition of moving our entire hospital into our boarding facility along with a couple of temporary buildings brought in for exam rooms so that we could continue to serve our clients. What was initially a devastating time for us has turned out to be a blessing in disguise, and has given us the opportunity to rebuild the hospital with efficiency and client comfort at the forefront of our construction plans. We look forward to moving into our new building in April of 2024.

This past year has held many trials for NSVH after being hit by the tornado last year. Thank you so much for being patient with us as we worked out of our old boarding building and the trailers. We are so excited to announce we are now in our new building, and had our grand re-opening on April 20th! Many people came to show their support, tour the new building, play games, eat food and snowcones, and win prizes. Thank you to everyone who stopped by, and to everyone who contributed to making the day so special. We may have a new look, but we have the same passion for you and your animals.
